From Boston Logan Airport:
- Turn left toward RT-1A S/William F McClellan Hwy.
- Take the ramp onto RT-1A S/William F McClellan Hwy - Partial toll road.
- Take the exit toward Government Center/I-93 N 184 ft.
- Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Gov't Center and merge onto New Chardon St.
- Turn right at Canal St.
From North of Boston:
- Head south on I-495 S.
- Take exit 40A to merge onto I-93 S toward Boston.
- Take exit 26 for RT-28 toward N Station.
- Sharp right at Nashua St.
- Turn left at Lomasney Way.
- Turn left at Causeway St.
- Turn right at Canal St.
- End at 90 Canal St.
From West of Boston:
- Take I-90 E/New York State Thruway E Continue to follow New York State Thruway E - Partial toll road.
- Take exit 21A toward I-90 E/Mass Turnpike/Boston - Toll road.
- Merge onto New York State Thruway E - Toll road.
- Continue on I-90 E/Massachusetts Turnpike/Mass Pike.
- Take exit 24 A-B-C on the left to merge onto I-93 N/RT-3 N/Thomas P. "tip" O'Neill, Jr. Tunnel/US-1 N toward Concord NH.
- Take exit 23 toward Gov't Center.
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for N End/Charlestown.
- Turn left at Cross St.
- Turn left at Surface Rd.
- Turn right at New Chardon St.
- Turn right at Canal St.
- End at 90 Canal St.
From South of Boston:
- Head northeast on I-95 N.
- Take exit 48 on the left to merge onto I-91 N toward Hartford.
- Take exit 29 to merge onto CT-15 N/US-5 N toward E Hartford/Boston/I-84 -
Continue to follow CT-15 N.
- Merge onto I-84 E - Partial toll road.
- Take the exit onto I-90 E/Massachusetts Turnpike/Mass Pike toward Boston/N.H.-Maine -
Partial toll road.
- Take exit 24 A-B-C on the left to merge onto I-93 N/RT-3 N/Thomas P. "tip" O'Neill, Jr. Tunnel/US-1 N toward Concord NH.
- Take exit 23 toward Gov't Center.
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for N End/Charlestown.
- Turn left at Cross St.
- Turn left at Surface Rd.
- Turn right at New Chardon St.
- Turn right at Canal St.
- End at Canal St.
