Our platform will securely sync your Gusto Payroll and Guideline 401(k) data so any updates or changes will be reflected in both places automatically—saving you time and hassle.

    Everything in Core, plus:

    • Flexibility to open a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan or traditional 401(k) plan.

    • Add features like profit sharing and vesting schedules.

    • We conduct additional IRS nondiscrimination testing for traditional plans.

    + $8/mo per active participant

    Our most customizable 401(k) for business owners who want to maximize savings or transfer an existing 401(k) to Guideline.
