Welcoming Christine Rimer to Guideline as Chief Customer Officer

That’s why today I’m excited to share that Christine Rimer has joined Guideline as Chief Customer Officer, overseeing all functions related to customer support and customer experience.
Christine is no stranger to fast growing customer-oriented organizations. She joins us most recently from SurveyMonkey/Momentive.ai and Intuit, where she held a variety of leadership positions and delivered great, scalable customer experiences. She brings a wealth of experience building and scaling high-performing teams in customer success, product operations, professional services, business systems, and product marketing to Guideline. We couldn’t be more excited for her to join Guideline as we scale our own operations to the next level.
The Guideline team is now 200+ people strong and we’re hiring aggressively across all functions and geographies.
