How does the typical hiring process work?

It varies by department and position, but we do everything we can to streamline the application and interview process. Our average company wide hiring speed is around 30 days.

How is Guideline addressing Diversity, Equity and Impact?

We have established a DEI committee that meets on a monthly basis with rotating members/participants. Past projects have included writing more inclusive job descriptions, DEI auditing, and DEI content engagement/distribution for raising awareness and generating discussion.

Does Guideline offer hybrid work schedules?

Yes we do within markets that have a Guideline office: Austin, TX; San Diego, CA; Portland ME.

How does Guideline foster professional development and growth?

We provide an annual learning and development stipend to pursue certifications, education, etc. Additionally, we value agility and accommodate internal transfers to new teams and orgs.
